Turri’s “Little Hats” are bite size pastas filled with Ricotta, Parmesan and Asiago Cheeses. Our all natural Tri-Color Cappelletti paprika, spinach and plain egg doughs (orange, green and white) make a colorful pasta salad when mixed with fresh vegetables and Italian dressing.
