A generous blend of four Italian Cheeses, Ricotta, Romano, Parmesan and Mozzarella are wrapped in our homemade wavy pasta sheets to make a 4- ounce Lasagna portion. Create a custom Lasagna by placing your favorite filling (ground beef, Italian Sausage, roasted vegetables etc) between two Lasagna Sandwiches then top it off with your favorite sauce and cheese blend.
