Creamed Tortellini Side Dish

Preparation:
- Cook all but a few sprigs of parsley in boiling water for 8 minutes.
- Chop parsley.
- Bring the heavy cream to a simmer.
- Mix the cooked, chopped parsley with the hot cream.
- Cook the Turris Tortellini according to package directions, drain.
- Mix the tortellini and creamed parsley.
- Top with the bacon.
- Decorate with the remaining parsley sprigs.
