Eggplant Cutlets

Our Eggplant is fully peeled, pre-fried and individually frozen, so it does not have to be defrosted to be used. Each eggplant will vary in size, but the thickness will be identical.

These delicious eggplant cutlets are your answer for a quality product WITHOUT all the work!

Heating Instructions


  • Place 3 or 4 eggplant cutlets on a dish

  • Ladle 2 or 3 oz. of spaghetti sauce over the cutlets

  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the top of cutlets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a oven preheated to 375 degrees.


        NOTE:
      • DO NOT MICROWAVE
      • DO NOT THAW BEFORE USING
