Anthony and Angeline Turri founded Turri's Italian Foods in 1949 at 11135 Gratiot Avenue in Detroit. They started by making pasta products for local restaurants and grocery stores. All of their products were based on old family recipes and soon the name Turri became synonymous with quality.

After 46 years at the same location, we have built a new 35,000 square foot manufacturing plant to better serve the needs of our customers. Our plan is to sustain a controlled growth by targeting customers whose needs and expectations blend with our manufacturing and servicing capabilities. Like many other companies, we manufacture a full line of high quality frozen Italian specialties. What sets us apart from the competition, however, is that we are one of the few remaining family owned and operated frozen pasta companies. Having our name on the label gives us such a strong feeling of family pride and tradition that we guarantee our commitment to quality and service will not be equaled. |
