Turri's Italian Foods

Manicotti

Turri's Manicotti filling is made of a delectable blend of four Italian cheeses accented with just the right touches of herbs and spices. The filling is then wrapped in our fresh, egg enriched pasta. When baked in a rich marinara sauce this entree is nothing short of spectacular.

Beef Cannelloni

For our Northern Italian cousins who prefer meat fillings, we offer our Beef Cannelloni. We blend ricotta and asiago cheeses with lean beef and Italian spices. Then we wrap this delicious filling in our home made pasta. When baked in a thick Bolognese sauce, this home-style Italian specialty will satisfy the heartiest appetite.

Veal Cannelloni Florentine

This Tom Turri creation gets rave reviews in white table-cloth restaurants as well as family style Italian Trattorias. Lean veal, ricotta cheese, romano cheese, chopped spinach, Italian herbs and spices are blended in perfect harmony and are wrapped in our home made egg pasta. When served in a delicate tomato-basil sauce or a light vodka sauce this elegant entree is fit for royalty.

Heating Instructions

  • Baking:  Line the bottom of the pan with sauce. Place desired number of rolls in pan and cover with sauce. Cover pan with foil. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes from thawed for 1 hour from frozen.

  • Microwave:  Line bottom of the pan with sauce. Place desired number of thawed rolls in the pan. Cover with plastic wrap and punch 3-4 holes in the wrap. Heat on medium temperature for 3-4 minutes.
