Ingredients:
10 oz. Turri's Mostaccioli, uncooked
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 oz. of chicken temders, cut into strips
1/4 cup green bell peppers, diced
1/4 cup red onion, julienned
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup bbq sauce
1/2 cup grated provolone cheese
1/4 cup grated asiago cheese
2 tbsp. diced green onions
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Preparation:
- Prepare Turri's Mostaccioli according to directions.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add chicken and saute until browned on all sides, about 3 minutes.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic and cook until onion is soft, about 1 minute.
- Add tomato sauce and barbecue sauce and heat just to boiling.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Drain pasta and return to pot.
- Add chicken mixture and cheese to the pot.
- Stir over low heat until pasta is coated with sauce.
- Transfer pasta to a serving bowl and top with green onions and cilantro.
