3 cups Turri's precooked, frozen linguini
8 oz. roasted chicken breasts strips
1 cup diced red bell peppers
1 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
1 can (14 oz.) quartered artichoke hearts, drained
Ingredients:
8 oz. plain fat-free yogurt
1 tbsp. minced fresh or 1 tsp. dried dill
1 tbsp. minced fresh mint or 1 tsp. dried mint flakes
1 tbsp. coarse-grained mustard
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation:
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Add pasta and remaining ingredients, except hicken; toss gently to coat.
