Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen peas
2 cups heavy cream
2 oz. prosciutto, minced
3 oz. grated asiago cheese
salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, bring cream and prosciutto
to a simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add peas and cheese and stir until cheese melts.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
