Prosciutto & Peas Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh or frozen peas
2 cups heavy cream
2 oz. prosciutto, minced
3 oz. grated asiago cheese
salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring cream and prosciutto to a simmer.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Add peas and cheese and stir until cheese melts.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
