Ingredients:
2 cups heavy cream
3 fresh thyme sprigs
1 parsley sprig
3 Tbs. roasted garlic puree
I Tbs. parsley flakes
salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation:
- In medium saucepan combine cream, thyme sprigs, and bring to a boil.
- Simmer until cream is reduced by 1/3, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Remove and discard sprigs.
- Stir in toasted garlic, minced parsley and salt and pepper.
