Jumbo Stuffed Shells


Our Jumbo Shells are made with #1 Semolina and water. We offer our shells with three fillings. Our quattro fromaggio filling of ricotta, romano, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses is our most popular shell. When baked in a marinara or spaghetti sauce these shells create an authentic Southern Italian Specialty.

Our Florentine Stuffed Shells are filled with our custom Four-Cheese Blend and Chopped Spinach. We recommend baking this elegant shell in an Alfredo or Creamy Roasted Garlic Sauce to make a sophisticated, up-scale entree.

Our newest stuffed shell is made with a delectable Seafood filling. Joe Turri created this delightful shell by blending snow crab, pollock and lobster base with ricotta and romano cheeses. A white clam, red shrimp or orange lobster sauce will make this entree so delicious it will impress Neptune Himself.



Heating Instructions

  • Baking:  Line the bottom of the pan with sauce. Place desired number of shells in pan and cover with sauce. Cover pan with plastic wrap and foil. Bake in a preheated 375 oven for 45 minutes if thawed or 1 hour if frozen.

  • Microwave:  Line the bottom of the pan with sauce. Place desired number of thawed shells in the pan. Cover with plastic wrap and punch 3 - 4 holes in the wrap. Heat on medium temperature for 3-4 minutes.
