TortelliniTurri's Tortellini is our most versatile product. Our Tri-Color Tortellini can be used to make a colorful, cold antipasto salad. Use Turri's Tortellini as beef or cheese filled dumplings when they are added to hot soups. Turri's Tortellini make delicious entrees when blended with your home made marinara and bolognese sauces. Don't forget that Tortellini fit perfectly in a spoon, which makes them "kid size." These "belly button rings" are perfect additions to children's menus. CappellettiOur "little hats" of pasta are about the same size as Tortellini so they can be served in the same ways. Their main difference is their scalloped edges, which open into tiny "wings" thus giving our Cappelletti a rnore elegant look when served with your more up-scale carbonara, palomino or vodka sauces. TortelloniWe have combined the shapes of Cappelletti and Tortellini and doubled its size to create their big brother, the Tortelloni. (Just remember 'ONIS are bigger than 'inis). Our Cheese Tortelloni is generally served with your more traditional sauces like marinara and Bolognese. Our Portabello Mushroom Tortelloni is a little more up-scale and is perfectly complemented by a creamy carbonara sauce. |
