Turri’s Wavy Pasta Sheets have wavy ripples throughout the body of the sheet. They will therefore hold the filling a little better than the flat sheets and when a piece of Lasagna is cut in half, the layers will flow with the waves in the pasta sheets. Handle the wavy sheets the same way as described above for the flat sheets.
